By downloading or using TapQuote you agree to these terms.

The service

TapQuote helps independent contractors create, send and track job quotes and collect deposits. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your business profile, and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 and authorized to operate your business.

AI estimates

Estimates are generated automatically as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving prices, quantities, scope and terms before sending a quote. TapQuote is not liable for pricing errors in quotes you send.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. TapQuote does not hold funds and is not a party to agreements between you and your customers. Refunds and disputes are between you, your customer and Stripe.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play until cancelled in your store account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use TapQuote for unlawful activity, to send spam, or to misrepresent your business or licensing.

Your content

You own your photos, quotes and customer records. You grant us a limited license to process them only to operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using TapQuote anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
