Delete your account

You can permanently delete your TapQuote account and associated data at any time.

Delete inside TapQuote

  1. Log in and open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Review the warning, enter DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address on your TapQuote account. Use the subject “Delete my TapQuote account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What deletion removes

TapQuote removes your profile, business settings, clients, notes, quotes, private job photos and audio, pricing defaults, membership record, and local payment references. Deletion is permanent.

Payment providers, app stores, banks, or authorities may retain transaction, identity, tax, fraud-prevention, refund, or dispute records under their own legal obligations. Deleting TapQuote does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it in your store account first.
